French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. In this remote position you will interact with customers via voice calls and live chat, delivering clear, friendly, and professional assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English through phone and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide customers step‑by‑step, and ensure resolutions are documented.
• Log all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar support tools).
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
