French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our remote‑first team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat and email while ensuring a friendly, efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality support in French and English through voice calls, live chat and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer‑first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service standards.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk or similar.
• Knowledge of Shopify or other e‑commerce systems.
• Understanding of CRM tools.
