French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering clear, friendly assistance through phone calls and live chat while reinforcing trust in our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous support in both French and English via voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
• Document all interactions accurately in the support system.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates and stay aligned with team goals while working independently.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
