About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands and needs a Growth Marketer to drive acquisition across multiple channels. This hands‑on, entrepreneurial position lets you own the growth engine, experiment rapidly, and shape the company’s go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or several growth channels end‑to‑end, from strategy to execution and performance reporting.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups using paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and other tactics.
• Design, run and iterate experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers, scaling what works.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build high‑converting landing pages and funnels, monitoring every metric.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritisation of growth initiatives.
• Track all activities, analyse data and communicate clear insights about performance.
