IT Infrastructure Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of our organization’s IT environment. The role ensures that servers, networks, storage and cloud services operate reliably, securely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deploy and manage servers, networks, storage solutions and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Maintain high availability, performance and security across all IT systems.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents and optimise performance.
• Develop and oversee backup, disaster-recovery and business-continuity strategies.
• Coordinate hardware and software installations, upgrades and routine maintenance.
• Enforce IT policies, standards and security protocols.
• Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure service quality.
• Lead and mentor the IT support team and other technical staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and related tools.
• Experience configuring firewalls, switches, routers and VPN solutions.
• Proficiency in backup and disaster‑recovery technologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and documentation skills.
