About the role

We are looking for a reliable individual to start immediately on a part‑time basis, performing independent food product samplings at our warehouse in Cotonou. The role involves short, 2‑hour sampling sessions, with the first assignment expected within the next few days and a long‑term collaboration of 1‑2 samplings per week.

Key responsibilities

• Collect representative samples from designated product lots on site.
• Capture clear, real‑time photographs of the products during sampling.
• Prepare and dispatch the samples via DHL express to a certified food laboratory, with shipping costs covered by the company.
• Ensure each sampling session is completed within approximately two hours.
• Maintain professional conduct and accurate documentation throughout the process.

Required profile

• Ability to work on‑site at the Cotonou warehouse and travel to the laboratory as needed.
• Availability for 1‑2 sampling sessions per week on short notice.
• Good command of the English language for communication and reporting.
• Experience or academic background in quality control, food inspection, sampling, agriculture, or related fields is a plus.
