Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote customer support team. You will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, helping them with order tracking, product questions, and issue resolution while delivering a positive brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in both French and English.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM concepts is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
