Technology Utilisation Representative – Northern Europe

About the role

The Technology Utilisation Representative drives adoption and effective use of Caterpillar’s construction technologies across dealers and customers in Northern Europe. The focus is on turning installed hardware into measurable productivity, safety and operational gains.

Key responsibilities

• Lead actions to increase utilisation of Cat technologies such as Grade, Payload, VisionLink and Safety across installed fleets.
• Identify under‑utilised machines and work with dealers and customers to lift usage.
• Build dealer capability, set clear utilisation targets and review performance.
• Engage directly with customers to improve job‑site performance, run reviews and translate technology into practical value.
• Deliver targeted training for dealers and end‑users, support onboarding of new features.
• Identify aftermarket and incremental sales opportunities driven by technology usage.
• Collaborate with product, digital and support teams to resolve adoption barriers and provide field feedback.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with the ability to create customised solutions.
• Proven relationship‑management skills and ability to drive execution through partners.
• Experience working with dealers or in a field‑service environment within the construction sector.
• Analytical mindset to use data and insights for prioritising actions.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Caterpillar technology platforms: Grade, Payload, VisionLink, Safety.
• Ability to deliver technical training and support field adoption.
