Treasury Lead

About the role

The Treasury Lead will oversee cash flow, liquidity and debt management for the region, ensuring optimal funding and compliance with group policies. This role works closely with country finance teams, banking partners and the Group Treasury to support strategic financial initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Review local and regional cash‑flow forecasts and produce cash liquidity reports.
• Analyse cash‑flow deviations and discuss monthly cash positions with country finance managers.
• Collaborate with banking partners to resolve operational queries and negotiate facility renewals.
• Develop and enforce treasury policies, procedures and KPIs.
• Manage FX procurement, payments, reconciliation and exposure monitoring.
• Oversee inter‑company flows, bank fees, interest optimisation and regulatory compliance.
• Support Group Treasury initiatives, audit queries and Kyriba implementation.
• Maintain bank signatories and prepare weekly treasury reviews.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Treasury or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of treasury experience.
• Fluent in English and French.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / spreadsheeting skills.
• Strong knowledge of treasury, accounting and banking operations.
