Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to turn raw website data into actionable insights. You will support strategic decisions by implementing tracking, analysing user behaviour, and delivering clear reports that improve site performance and marketing ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyse traffic patterns, user journeys, and conversion funnels to spot optimisation opportunities.
• Create and maintain easy‑to‑understand dashboards and reports using Looker Studio/Data Studio, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Partner with marketing and development teams to design and run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Conduct regular audits of tracking implementations to identify and fix data gaps.
• Provide proactive, data‑driven recommendations to enhance digital marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis, or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and tell a clear story.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
