Work‑From‑Home French‑English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers in French‑speaking regions, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical or order‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share insights from customer feedback to improve products and processes.
• Collaborate closely with a friendly, supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Bilingual fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
