Remote Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for an optimistic Sales Development Representative to drive top‑of‑funnel revenue growth for our clients. Working remotely, you will research prospects, identify target accounts and initiate contact through phone, email and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify key decision‑makers across international markets.
• Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized emails and LinkedIn messaging.
• Qualify prospects by assessing needs, budget and buying readiness using defined methodologies.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives, ensuring smooth hand‑offs.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, call notes and pipeline stages in a CRM system.
• Provide continuous feedback on prospect objections, market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Degree in a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, business development, telesales or customer acquisition.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection with backup power.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
