Treasury Manager – Cash & Liquidity

About the role

The Treasury Manager will oversee cash, liquidity and foreign‑exchange activities for the region, ensuring optimal funding and compliance with group policies. You will work closely with finance managers, banking partners and internal stakeholders to support the company’s financial stability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse local and regional cash‑flow forecasts and liquidity reports.
• Monitor cash balances by account, entity, country and region, and address any deviations.
• Collaborate with banking partners and the regional treasury head on debt management, facility renewals and cost‑effective financing.
• Develop and enforce treasury policies, procedures and KPIs, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage FX procurement, payments, reconciliation and exposure monitoring.
• Support inter‑company loan agreements, bank relationship management and bank‑fee optimisation.
• Prepare weekly treasury reviews, cash forecasts and daily balance updates.
• Assist with Kyriba implementation and RFP processes across countries.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Treasury or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of treasury experience.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong analytical, research and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (spreadsheet) skills.
• Experience with Kyriba treasury management system.
