About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers through chat and email, delivering clear information and swift resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support in both French and English via chat and email.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate, easy‑to‑understand solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
