Fieldforce Team Leader (Benin)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Fieldforce Team Leader to lead, coach and develop a team of Hybrid Medical Representatives in Benin. The role focuses on people leadership, field support and performance management while maintaining a limited customer portfolio. You will drive execution excellence and support commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of Hybrid Medical Representatives.
• Conduct regular field visits and coaching sessions to improve capability.
• Set clear objectives, performance expectations and foster a culture of accountability.
• Ensure effective execution of detailing, merchandising, order‑taking and pharmacy activation programs.
• Monitor territory coverage, customer engagement and support product launches.
• Drive achievement of team sales targets and implement corrective action plans.
• Manage relationships with selected healthcare professionals and pharmacy customers.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting, CRM compliance and adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer healthcare or FMCG sector.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching or mentoring sales or field‑based teams.
• Strong understanding of healthcare professional engagement and customer relationship management.
• Ability to drive team performance and deliver commercial results.
