French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote customer service team. You will act as the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and effective solutions via phone and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and resolve customer problems calmly.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure continuity of service.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates, aligning on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Complete fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact centre.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help others.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Zendesk.
• Familiarity with Gorgias.
• Familiarity with Shopify.
