Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote support team. You will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning challenges into positive experiences while representing our brand with care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous assistance in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot order, product, and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support platform.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure with a strong focus on solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
