Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will interact with customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, helping them track orders, answer product questions, and resolve issues while delivering a positive brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet home office.
• Strong empathy and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems.
