Sales Representative – Optical Retail (Parakou, Benin)

About the role

Lapaire seeks a Sales Representative to develop and manage sales for its optical shop in Parakou, Benin. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and customers, promoting the brand’s vision‑care concept and ensuring a seamless purchase journey.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new customers on the field around the agency and within the assigned territory.
• Welcome visitors in the shop, understand their needs and present Lapaire’s product range.
• Advise clients on frame selection and explain the differences between lens types.
• Guide customers through the buying process, from selection to delivery.
• Record prospects and sales accurately in the CRM system and assist with payment processing.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and follow‑up until the glasses are delivered.

Required profile

• Strong interest in retail sales and customer service.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with clients.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel within the designated area for prospecting.
• Experience or willingness to learn about optical products and lenses.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for data entry and sales tracking.
