Virtual Customer Support Agent (French/English) – Remote

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking bilingual professionals to join its remote customer support team. As a Virtual Customer Support Agent you will interact with customers in both French and English, delivering prompt and courteous assistance across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in French and English.
• Assist with order issues, technical questions, and general support requests.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using Zendesk and Salesforce.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate internal teams while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (C1/C2 level, written and spoken).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO, call‑center or SaaS environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet, a quiet workspace and a quality headset.
