About the role

Base360.ai is seeking an AI Video Creator to shape how the brand appears on video across the web. You will transform product concepts into launch videos, ads, and social clips that capture attention and evoke emotion.

Key responsibilities

• Create scroll‑stopping video content for product launches, paid ads, short‑form social, and website hero sections.
• Leverage AI tools for video, voice, image, and music generation to increase speed and quality.
• Animate and edit product demos, kinetic typography, and motion‑design elements.
• Own projects from concept pitch through final export, adapting formats for TikTok/Reels, paid social, and web.
• Maintain a consistent premium brand feel across all video assets.
• Iterate quickly by testing performance data and refining successful ideas.

Required profile

• A strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality video and motion work.
• Fluency with AI creative tools and a passion for staying at the cutting edge.
• Excellent visual taste and the ability to make content feel premium.
• Self‑directed and fast, capable of turning rough ideas into polished videos without extensive guidance.
• Skill in capturing attention within the first three seconds and holding it throughout.
