Associate Director, Global Patient Advocacy (Hematology‑Oncology)

About the role

Regeneron is seeking an Associate Director to lead global patient advocacy for Hematology‑Oncology across Europe and the United States. The role will shape advocacy strategy, build relationships with patient groups and professional societies, and ensure the patient voice informs business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute advocacy and engagement strategies for Hematology‑Oncology markets.
• Partner with senior leaders in Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing and Policy to align advocacy initiatives with business objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with patient advocacy organizations and professional societies.
• Oversee patient engagement activities, meetings, and communications.
• Create frameworks to embed patient perspectives across organizational processes.
• Track, measure and report outcomes of advocacy programs to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree.
• 10+ years of industry or relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in patient advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and issues management.
• European, international or global advocacy experience with knowledge of EMA and HTA regulations.
• Proven leadership in developing and executing advocacy strategies.
• Multilingual capabilities strongly preferred.
