Core Network Engineer (PS/CS/IMS)

About the role

We are looking for a Core Network Engineer to lead the delivery and maintenance of NFV‑based PS, CS and IMS solutions. The role is based in Cotonou and requires close collaboration with customers and internal teams to ensure successful network deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, install, integrate and commission Core Network (NFV/PS/CS/IMS) projects, including service testing and cut‑over.
• Perform routing maintenance and troubleshoot issues on live networks.
• Act as the technical interface with customers and cross‑functional teams to clarify solutions.
• Lead project delivery teams to meet milestones and quality targets.
• Mentor new staff and help them develop NFV/PS/CS/IMS expertise.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering Core Network NFV/PS/CS/IMS solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, signaling flows and routing concepts.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions and project status effectively to customers.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and risk‑management capability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or a related field.
• Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
