French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and effective solutions through phone calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and resolve customer problems calmly and efficiently.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure continuity of service.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve our processes and products.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help others.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify support platforms.
• Proficiency in using a personal PC or laptop (i5 processor or higher) and a stable internet connection.
• Comfort with maintaining a quiet, professional workspace for calls.
