Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer support team. In this position you will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot product, order and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
