Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual customer support representative to assist our global customers. You will handle voice calls and live‑chat inquiries, turning frustration into satisfaction with empathy and clear communication.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Accurately document all interactions in our CRM.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally and with cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems.
