Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join a global, fully remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them solve technical or order‑related issues through chat, email, and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via multiple channels.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.

• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
