About the role

The Optical Agency Manager will lead a Lapaire optical shop in Vedoko, Benin, delivering high‑quality eye‑care services and fashionable corrective lenses. Reporting to the Zone Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store and for fostering a customer‑centric culture.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of sales representatives and opticians, ensuring professional development and high service standards.
• Develop and execute local commercial strategies to meet sales targets and increase brand awareness.
• Plan and monitor the store’s revenue forecast, organise seasonal promotions and in‑store events.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Lapaire products, optical services, and market trends to address client needs effectively.
• Collect and relay customer feedback and market insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the optical retail sector and customer expectations.
• Proven ability to lead, train and inspire a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication skills and a results‑driven mindset.
• Capacity to analyse sales data and implement corrective actions.
