Webflow Developer – Remote Full-Time

About the role

We are looking for a skilled, design-focused Webflow Developer to join our fast-growing, remote-first team. You will translate high-fidelity Figma mockups into pixel-perfect, conversion-optimized Webflow sites and own the technical delivery of our marketing and product web properties.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build fully responsive websites and landing pages from scratch using Webflow.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and marketing teams to accurately implement Figma or Adobe XD mockups.
• Create and manage dynamic Webflow CMS collections for scalable content.
• Write custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when native Webflow features need extensions.
• Audit and optimise sites for speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Integrate third-party tools and APIs such as Zapier, GA4, GTM, and CRM software.
• Conduct cross-device and cross-browser testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Maintain website security, update scripts, and troubleshoot bugs.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of professional experience building Webflow sites, preferably in an agency, SaaS, or startup environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Webflow CMS, complex animations, and custom interactions.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI, layout, typography, and responsive design principles.
• Expertise in using Figma for design hand-off.
• Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom scripting.
• Familiarity with modern Webflow frameworks such as Client-First or Relume.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.
• Portfolio showcasing live Webflow projects with custom interactions.
