About the role

Lapaire is seeking an experienced Agency Manager to lead its optical shop in Bohicon 2, Benin. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring high‑quality eye‑care services for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales representatives and opticians, providing coaching, motivation and professional development.
• Develop and execute local commercial strategies to meet revenue targets and increase brand awareness.
• Plan and monitor forecasted sales, organize seasonal promotions and in‑store events.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Lapaire products, optical services and customer needs.
• Identify market trends, gather client feedback and relay insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing retail or optical stores.
• Strong understanding of optical products and eye‑health services.
• Excellent leadership, communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while aligning with regional objectives.
