Bilingual Virtual Customer Support Agent (French/English) – Remote

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a bilingual Virtual Customer Support Agent who can communicate fluently in French and English. The role is fully remote, allowing you to assist customers from anywhere while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in both French and English.
• Resolve issues related to orders, technical problems, and general questions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools.
• Navigate internal systems such as Zendesk and Salesforce to track and follow up on tickets.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French and English (C1/C2 level).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO, call‑center or SaaS environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet, a quiet workspace and a quality headset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zendesk.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
