Commercial(e) – Vente en agence optique à Catchi

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Commercial(e) to join our Lapaire agency in Catchi, Benin. You will be the first point of contact for customers, promoting our affordable, stylish optical products and ensuring a high‑quality experience from prospecting to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and achieve sales targets for the agency by prospecting in the surrounding area.
• Welcome visitors, listen to their needs, and clearly present the Lapaire concept and product range.
• Advise customers on frame selection and lens options, explaining the benefits of each.
• Guide clients through the purchase journey and maintain the relationship until the glasses are delivered.
• Record prospects and sales accurately in the CRM system and assist with cash handling.
• Collaborate daily with the on‑site optician and report to the Agency Manager.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, able to take initiative and propose ideas.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, young team.
• Willingness to work on the field and in the agency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for data entry and sales tracking.
