About the role

Join a global, fully remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them solve issues and ensuring they feel valued.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
